Does it support Wuilt stores?+
Yes — a dedicated multi-store Wuilt workspace for orders, reporting, Zoho templates and shipping, with order, cancellation, add-to-cart and abandoned-cart webhooks.
How does WhatsApp confirmation work?+
Two ways: link by scanning a QR (WAHA) or via the official WhatsApp Cloud API from Meta — pick what suits you on the store card. Every new order asks the customer to reply 1 or 2, and the reply tags the order instantly and notifies you.
Is my data isolated per store?+
Completely — every account and every store is fully separated. No data is ever shared between customers.
What is Confirmed ROAS?+
It is your Meta ad spend divided by orders that were actually confirmed (not pixel numbers that also count cancellations). And when an order confirms we send a Purchase event to your pixel (CAPI), so it learns on real money — cleaner targeting, less RTO.
Does it help with shipping and collection?+
Yes — open any eligible Wuilt order and send it directly to Bosta to create a shipment and tracking number, then follow shipped, delivered and returned states plus cash reconciliation.
How does the delivery score work?+
This subscriber-only tool shows the score, saved customer name and available Bosta history. Monthly limits are 50 on Startup, 500 on Pro and 3,000 on Ultra. Raw phone numbers are not stored.
Does it understand my customers?+
Yes — customers are auto-segmented: VIP, repeat, new, dormant and risky (frequent cancelers). You can send a win-back message with a coupon to dormant customers in one click to bring them back.
Can I work with a team?+
Yes — create staff accounts with granular permissions (who can confirm, who sees reports, who manages stores), plus a performance report showing who confirmed most and fastest, and an activity log of every change.
Will anything slip through?+
No — you are alerted to new orders as they arrive, stuck orders are flagged (confirmed-but-unshipped, or awaiting reply for days), and every order has a full timeline from arrival to delivery.
Are there advanced analytics?+
Yes — governorate performance (where you sell most), order dayparting (peak hours to time your ad budget, Ramadan-aware), and period-over-period comparison in percentages. You can also install CTRL on your phone as an app (PWA).
Does it calculate real profit?+
Yes — the P&L page computes: collected cash − shipping − Meta ad spend − cost of goods = your real net profit. It also alerts you to losing campaigns eating your budget.
Are customer messages well-timed?+
Yes — we only send during appropriate hours (no late-night pings), in Arabic or English per customer, and we remind customers to repurchase after a while with a coupon.
Can I customize customer emails?+
Yes — every store can use its own Zoho mailbox and editable templates for order placed, cancellation, add-to-cart and abandoned-cart events, with test sending and delivery history.
Does it protect me from fraud?+
Yes — we flag numbers that order too often too fast, check if the number exists on WhatsApp, and for risky orders we request prepayment instead of blind shipping — cutting returns and losses.
